Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right:

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they're unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact and unremoved.
To start a return or exchange, email hello@boopah.co with your order number.
Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. In that case, we've got it covered.
